Booking requests
Please download and complete the booking
form. (You will need a copy of the free

Acrobat software to read and print this document).
The signatory is responsible for ensuring that the booking
conditions are drawn to the attention
of every person on whose behalf he/she has made a booking.
The deposit payable is £200 per person.
Please send the completed booking form, with a cheque or
credit/debit card authorisation for your deposit to:

A contract will be made when we send you confirmation of
your booking.
INSURANCE
Specialtours regrets it is no longer offering to arrange
travel insurance. It is however a condition of booking that
all tour participants are properly covered. Travel insurance
can be obtained from a wide range of insurance providers.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
If you wish to make your own travel arrangements please
tick the relevant box on the booking form. Please note that
it will be your responsibility to join the tour.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have any special requests, please indicate them
in writing. We will try to arrange for special requests
to be met, but cannot guarantee that they will be, nor will
Specialtours be liable if any special request is not met.
NOT LATER THAN EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE
The balance of the tour price is due for settlement as
shown on the invoice sent to you, with a detailed itinerary.
At this stage we also require details of your insurance
policy.
NOT LATER THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE
Travel documents and a booklet with general information,
a list of participants, final itinerary and sightseeing
notes will be sent to you.
